“Everything was fantastic, excellent service!! Impeccably clean, everything was new, and every detail was taken care of!! You had a coffee maker with capsules, some pastries, tea, everything was fully equipped... Fabulous. Plus, we were there with our 2 small dogs, and everything was great. It’s spacious and the sleeper sofa was terrific!!! I'd definitely recommend it. And the service from “Carolina” at reception was fantastic, she was very willing to help. Everything was amazing!!”

“Really great. The apartments are new and very clean. The rooms are big and the bed is super comfortable. The location was perfect for us because it’s not right downtown, but also not that far away. The service was excellent, they're very friendly and attentive – they left us coffee capsules every day and muffins. The diffuser on the hair dryer is what totally won me over. There’s free private parking. If we ever go back to Logroño, we’ll definitely stay there again.”

“The apartments are some of the best we've stayed in, excellent quality for price. Everything is new, well taken care of and super clean. Not one detail is missing, it has everything you might need. There was no noise, which is very important for us since we were travelling for business and needed to rest. Good location, and from the parking garage (free, a huge plus) you can take the lift straight up to the floor the apartment is on. We loved the decoration – it was simple, elegant and modern. Overall, highly recommended and if we go back to Logroño, we’ll definitely stay there again.”

New, spacious, bright, and well-distributed apartment. New facilities with large parking garage and direct access to parking; you enter the parking garage, have a large parking spot and you can use the lift to go right to your floor. The location is perfect, behind city hall and a 5-minute walk to Calle Portales. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and Dolce Gusto coffee machine (as well as basic kitchenware) with soap and capsules. I especially liked the lighting; there are lots of lights, which meant the entire apartment was bright. Very comfortable bed and a place to store your clothes/suitcase. Bathroom with a large shower and good water pressure, fantastic towels. Excellent heating and cooling – heating with hot water radiators and 2 splits (air conditioning), one in the dining room and the other in the bedroom. The apartment has two smart TVs (with Netflix and Amazon Prime). Another point that stood out was the person in charge of managing the apartments, Carolina, who was friendly and effective.

“Free parking with direct access to the apartment. Pets are allowed. The facilities were very well cared for, clean and modern. Contact for the online check-in and check-out was quick and easy, and direct contact. Located in a quiet area close to the city centre so you can walk everywhere.”

"Great spot to explore a fabulous city, I’ll be back. The check in was easy. The apartment had very good facilities and as it was on the ground floor, it was great for the dogs. Very close to City Centre and a Dia (supermarket) store right across the road for essentials. Carolina made the whole process so easy and was always available for advice. Thank you Carolina."
