We have 10 newly built apartments with a maximum capacity of four people. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, luxury mattresses (encased coils and memory foam), two types of pillows with different heights and a large sleeper sofa with an 18 cm memory foam mattress. We offer spacious apartments, adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The reception area is at the centre of the building and connects to the private parking garage with plenty of parking spots (including electric charging stations).

Apartamentos Congreso is located in a central, interior-facing plaza, behind the Logroño City Hall, which allows you to enjoy peace and quiet in your apartment, leaving behind the sounds of cars and the hustle and bustle of the city's streets.
We're located in downtown Logroño, a one-minute walk to City Hall; a five-minute walk to El Espolón, the heart of the city; and a five-minute walk to the Old City and Calle Portales. From here, you can set off on a lovely walk to visit the Co-Cathedral of La Redonda and the famous Laurel and San Juan streets, where you won’t be able to resist trying some of their delicious tapas and La Rioja wines.
If you’re planning on travelling to Logroño by car, whether for pleasure or business, our apartments are your best option, as we offer parking in the same building. You won't waste any time looking for a place to park, buying a ticket or getting lost if you’ve never been to our city. We have solutions so your visit can be as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Apartamentos Congreso has automatic access to all facilities, both the parking and main entrance, as well as the entrance to your own apartment, without the need for keys or cards.
